I found these spinach nuggets the other day at Costco. They are reasonably healthy, very easy to prepare...and Ella loves them.
They have 3g of dietary fiber, 6g of protein, and 7g of fat (0 trans fat). The sodium is a little high though with 390mg.
Try them....
